『Korean Journal of Litigation and Arbitration』 is published twice a year.
The deadline for submission of papers and the submission period may be extended by the decision of the editorial committee, and are announced through the notice on the website.
Papers on the fields of public international law, international trade law and international civil procedure law, international trade (economic) law, international commercial arbitration law, international human rights law (labor law), etc.
